Some conditions are not working on my form

I have created a form with conditions to show fields if a value is checked in a check list but those fields are still showing on the form prior to being checked. If I set the field to hidden they also still show. I am clearly doing something wrong can you please help me?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and checked your form and it seems that your conditions are working. Can you tell me which of these conditions are not working?

If you do not want to be confused with this conditions setup, here is a workaround that I can recommend:

• Hide all of the fields that will be affected by your conditions.
• Only show the fields if a condition is satisfied. That way, you will not be confused by which fields to show or hide since these fields are already hidden.
