Were we charged the correct rate for a non-profit subscription?

I paid $195 for a yearly subscription for jotform. On a previous occasion I confirmed that my tax exempt file was on status which should've given us 50% off. My understanding is that I would then pay 50% of $195 for the annual subscription. Can you confirm this is correct, please?

The yearly Silver subscription is is $390 per year.  The 50% discount would make that subscription $195, which is what was paid for your subscription.  As far as I can tell, you were billed the correct rate for the subscription chosen.
