How can I use a calendar format to accomplish if the date is open or closed?

Hello,

our company needs to know from 300+ clients if they are open or closed on a specific day.

viually, we like the calender, just click on a date.

but it made the date unavailable for the next person, so we changed the entry.

(if a client has 10 days, it is not user friendly).

How can I use a calendar format to accomplish this?

In the Date Reservation widget, each user can only choose the available dates. If the previous user already selected a specific date, it will be unavailable for the next users.

Are you looking for a way to allow multiple users to select the same date? If yes, then I suggest you use the Appointment Slots widget. However, it is not in calendar format and you need to manually enter the available dates.

You might also want to check the Multiple Selection widget or the Configurable List widget.
