What does the envelope symbol mean on the left side of my submissions list

I can see a column heading is there that begins with "N" but I have no idea what the rest of the header says because I can't change the size of the columns.

This column does not appear in any of the other submissions views - only the default website version.

The complete word is "New". Which refers to the status of the submission in your inbox or in the submissions page.

If the envelope is open it means that you have already read or viewed the submission.

You have the option to click the opened envelope to close it and mark it as unread.

Scrolling through the submissions will open the envelope.

Same happens when you view the submissions from the form's Inbox on MyForms page.

The Unread indicator count decreases as you scroll through the submission from the Inbox.

I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will be glad to help you.
