Is there a Form template to record data that can be use for free?

Do you have a template that would allow me to create a form/spreadsheet for students to enter and record data and then formulate reports for the entire class and multiple classes?

Would this template be included in your free services?

You can check this link to search and find different form templates that fit your needs. Additionally, these templates are free to use even on a Starter subscription.
