I am unable to view my forms when I click the my forms button

    We have at least 20 forms stored in my forms on jotform and we are unable to see any of the forms when we click on my forms. Please assist....we need to see our forms.

    Hello,

    I can see the forms on your account from my end. Please make sure that the Main or All tab is selected under your My Forms page to see all your forms.

    If you're still having issues, try the following solution:

    1.  Log out your JotForm account
    2.  Clear your browser's cache
    3.  Restart the browser
    4.  Log back in
