Hi Kristin_Solbach,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use a Button element and link it to one of the pages from your home page. Here's how you can do that:
- In App Builder, go to the App Elements Menu.
- Choose Button and click on its Gear icon.
- Under Button Actions, select Navigate to page.
- Then choose the Page from the dropdown.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
