Suspended acount

I received an email that my account was suspended. I created a form and added a section where the person I sent the form can provide me with the user ID and passwords for his social media accounts. I will be posting on his social media accounts for him and need those credentials. I had no idea it was a violation to Jot Form. Nothing malicious was done on my end. I created the form to make it easier for all.

I will remove that section of the form if it is an issue.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account has been suspended because of your Business Summary For Social Media Branding form, which was collecting login credentials. Collecting highly sensitive information such as login credentials/passwords is against our Terms of Use. I've now deleted the offending fields and reactivate your account, so try to log in back and check if you'll still see any error message.
