    Hello,

I have a few issues with a number of my forms I am hoping to have sorted please:

    • I am having a problem with subtotals not being added to the overall total of an order on a few of my forms. The total amount at the bottom for the form only shows the total for one product.
    • when only a qty selector is required and no other options are needed, the drop down selector is set to 1 and cannot be changed to 0. ( product is only available in one colour)
    • When I do not have shipping activated the total does not show at the bottom of the screen.

    Thank you :)

    Hi Kerry,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and see that only one product can be selected in your Product List. We can change this by Enabling the "Users can select Multiple Product Option". Let me show you how to do that:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Product List and on its Wand icon.
    • Next, click on the Gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
    • Scroll down, and expand the Additional Gateway settings, and Enable the "Users can select Multiple Product Option".

Now, users will be able to select multiple products, adding all them to subtotal.

This also solves your second question as users will be able to unselect a product they may have accidentally selected. I've also tested the clone with the Shipping option disabled, and can see the total amount of the selected products as expected. Please check out the screenshot below for my result:

I cleared your form's cache which should help. Please try performing the steps above and see how it goes.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any help.
