How I can calculate the field value?

Hi, please I need to know how I can calculate the field value times 4 (Fig 2) if customer select "pack of 4 services" (fig 1)

The formula to calculate the prices is the same for the "One Time Cleaning" option, please refer to the picture below

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. I checked the formula in your form and they are all correct. If you want to pass the calculated value to the 'This Service Price' field, you must clear out the formula that you've put in that field. Currently, you've added a formula in the Form Calculation widget named 'This Service Price'. You already have a condition that calculates the amount and puts it on that field. Once you remove the formula in that field, you should be able to calculate the correct amount.
