On our "Let's Have Lunch" page the client will be making their food selections. Because they will not have access to email, how can he/she print their submission? We want to print a receipt (of sorts) that will show their food order. They will then be taking the receipt to claim food items.
I've added a button to print the form, but I actually need the client to be able to print his/her submission.

Yes I can see the problem you are facing. When trying to print via your form the data is omitted from the radio buttons.
When it should print this data:
So I must escalate this issue to Level 2 support. The developers will look into the problem and post a response on this thread when they are ready.

Any feedback on how to get the form to print? I've even added the ability to download a pdf of the form submission, or show submission on thank you page, but the client still won't know how to print the form.
Is there any way to add a print button on the thank you page?

Aside from adding the print button to your form:
The other way is to just print directly from Browser:
I'm afraid that you cannot add the print button to Thank you page.
There is also an option to add PDF link to Thank you page (but I see you already did that):
Let us know if you have any further questions.

Understood. Even when adding the print button to the form (which I tried), it does not show the selected items.
Are there any other options? We need the client to be able to see what he/she selected, and print.

I'm not able to replicate that issue with checked items not showing when a print window is opened:
Checked options are showing, are you seeing it differently?
