How to receive Intimation at every approval level in Jotform?

The recipient is requesting for intimation by email at every level of Approval.

so they come to know wether it is approved by the approver.

Thanks for getting back to us. If you are referring to the email being sent to requestor, the subject of that email included the status of the request. For action taken in the approval flow, an email will be sent. Take a look at the screenshot below:
