Is there capability to predefine a list of options in a field based on a set of data (for example, Locations and Sites) from a third-party program like SharePoint, and does this automatically update when changes are made to that data?

    Hi Jayden,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically update the dropdown options from the source list such as Excel and Sharepoint.

You may check our Spreadsheet to Form widget to see if this will suit your needs. This widget enables you to upload an excel file that houses all the options. Values are automatically populated when the column headings match your form field labels. This widget supports full name, email, phone number, scale, single and multiple choice, short and long text entries, drop-down, and rating values.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
