The account menu are showing when clients are accessing the app?

Why are elements from Jotform appearing on the customer application? Upon accessing the application on multiple devices, it has come to my attention that inexperienced users may inadvertently click on certain links leading to the Jotform website, thus disrupting the seamless user experience. Additionally, the presence of a link labeled "My Forms" detracts from the professional aesthetic of the application. How can we eliminate all references to Jotform from our application? This inconsistency not only undermines the branding efforts of our business but also introduces unnecessary confusion for our customers, which is counterproductive to our objectives. How I add the text color on the splash screen? Hi Keenway,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that on your screenshot, this menu only shows if you are logged in to your Jotform account and accessing your app:

This is the normal behavior if the responder is logged in to their Jotform account. They will also have the option to access their forms, their profile and will be given the option to log out in the app; however, if registration is not needed on your app and users are not logged in to their account, they will only be seeing this when they click on the avatar:

    Hi Keenway,

The avatar is displayed on the app if you have the Allow users to access their submissions option enabled in the app. To remove this, you'll need to uncheck this option from the App Link Settings. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    • Navigate to your Apps page
    • In the App builder, go to Publish tab then click Settings

In the Settings, uncheck Allow users to access their submissions through the app as well as Require Registration:

Users will no longer be required to log in to a Jotform account and will no longer see the avatar on the upper right side:
