Account suspended: potential phishing

    Hello my account got suspended,can you remove it

    Hi Ajesh,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I checked, your account has been suspended and tagged as a potential phishing activity. We understand that this may not be the case, but we have to follow the general rule in order to be in compliance with our Terms. In order to reactivate your account you will need to provide the following information.

    • The URL where your form is used.
    • Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
    • Your Public IP address

    If you have an email under your organization, please email us with all of these to reviewers@jotform.com using "thread #14013711". One of our colleagues will get back to you about the status of your account.
