Product List: Set default quantity to 0, instead of 1

    Hi Raymond,
I'm trying to make a form and notice that the default quantity is 1.
People will be confused by this, and worried that they'll be charged
    for courses they don't want.
When I tested it,all six courses were at "1", and there was still "$ 0"
in the total field. Then I changed one of them to "2" and the price
    went up.
When I returned it to "1", there was no more $zero, the price now
    showed one ticket sold.
How do I edit this so customers don't fall into this trap? I want a
default of "0" or something that won't trigger a charge.
    Thanks.
    Jerry

    Hi Jerry,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to set a default quantity of 0 in your product list quantity dropdown field. This is to prevent submitting the form without required payments. Rest assured, even when the quantity dropdown option is 1, as long as the product is not checked, it will not be included in the purchase.

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi Raymond,
    Okay, thanks.
    Two more issues.
    1. I tried to do the PayPal integration, the page jumped on me,
I guess refreshed, and now I can't select PayPal personal. So,
I have no idea if it worked.

    2. There is an error on the payment page, "TypeError: field is undefined".
I don't know what it is or how to fix it. Please take a look.
Assuming we can get past these issues, and the system sends the
    customer off to PayPal...

    3. Then, I want the customer to receive a multi-page form. It is:
    a. part thank you and their receipt
    b. part filling in the names of course attendees
    c. part legal language they must sign off on
Even though the customer has been sent to PayPal to complete the
transaction...can I still have the system send them this form?
If so, how can I build it?

    Thanks.
    Jerry
