Not receiving email notification

    HI,


    IM EXPERIENCING THE SAME THING. I AM NOT GETTING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS SENT TO ME WHEN A FORM IS SUBMITTED ON MY WEBSITE.


    PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT. IT DOESNT ALLOW ME TO SELECT A RECIPIENT EMAIL, AS SHOWN BELOW. THERE IS NOTHING FOR ME TO CHOOSE FROM ON THE DROP DOWN MENU.


    PLEASE HELP. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE. I NEED TO KNOW WHEN SOMEONE IS FILLING OUT A FORM THROUGH EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS.

    Hi dezignerchicinc,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I was not able to find the form. Can you share the form link so we can check it? You can open this link and follow our complete guide on how to find the form link.

    Also, please try deleting the notification email and adding a new one. You need to submit a test submission to test it and let us know if the issue persists.

    HelloThe form is active on my website . My site is www.Dezignerchic.com The link is Consignment Formform.jotform.comWhy is it that I don’t get emails when someone fills out this form ?     Hi dezignerchicinc,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked your form, I saw that a Notification Email was sent successfully for the test that you made recently. Check out this screenshot below:

    Can we send a test submission to your live form to see if you will be able to receive a Notification after we submit your form?

    Also, the screenshot that you shared with us is an Autoresponder Email (an email sent to the users for confirmation) and not a Notification Email (an email that is sent to you after the users submit the form.)

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
