I've created some forms and had the email notifications working but today I've been trying and have had nothing come through. The submissions appear to be working because when I log in to my account I can see them there but I'm just not getting the emails. Can you please tell me if the recipient email I'm using has any problems?

Your email address itdep***nt@regalg***.com was not in our bounce list. Can you please tell me if you are using a different recipient?
At any rate, please set the sender field to email@example.com , or if you don't want to use that, I would recommend you to whitelist our Jotmail IP addresses.
