We are trying out to see if jotform is a good candidate for onboarding our customers.

I was trying the system and setting up a demo when i was suddenly logged out.

After resetting the password a couple of time i was finaly able to log in again, where i was told the account has been suspended due to phising.

I can understand why the system found the form suspesious, since in my test i asking FTP login information, which we need to onboard our customers.

    Can you reactive the account?
and can you disable this "protection"? or is jotform not able to ask for this kind of information?

this is not at the momemt a very good user experience, i am not able to login, and therefore not able to mark this ticket as private either.

    Hi Kjell,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The account was suspended as your form Client Onboarding Form has fields asking for the Username and Password, which is not allowed according to Jotforms Terms of use. I have deleted the offending fields and lifted the suspension on the account. I have also cleared your form cache and flushed your login attempts. Please avoid asking for Username and Password credentials to avoid any future suspension on the account.

Reach out again if there's anything else we can help you with.
