I just archived 8 forms that I am done with to declutter my list of forms. All my users who have full priviledges still see them in their master list while mine have moved to Archive folder. Is this the way it should work? It seems that full priviledges is not really full? They don't get the ability to archive as well which would be beneificial.

If you Archive the form in the main account, the form will be moved to Archive folder (of the main account), but it will disappear from the shared account, so it will not appear in Archive folder of the shared account.
And that is intended behavior, the forms are never moved to sub-users, they are just shared to be viewed and edited.

Thanks for the quick response! It doesn't disappear from the shared account - it stays in the list and become gray according to the user.

I'm sorry, you're correct.
The forms are showing as disabled on the sub-users account when archived.
I will consult our backend team on this if it is possible to change such behavior.
Thank you for reporting it.

This issue is resolved.
Now, sub-users will not be able to see forms that are archived on the main account.
