Why me eduation discuout was denied ?

Aren't universities qualified for the dioscout ?

Upon reviewing your application, it seems that you have indicated a Gmail as your email address which is also the email address associated with your account. You can submit an application again after you have updated the email address of your account to an email address that has the same domain as your school's website.
