Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

With that said, we cannot reset your account's monthly limits in advance, unfortunately. You will have to wait for your account's monthly reset date, which can be found from your account's usage page. Let me walk you through it:

1. In your account click on the Avatar/Profile thumbnail at the top-right side of the blue navigation bar.

2. Click on Settings from the dropdown list.

3. Select Usage from the left side menu.

4. There you will see your account's monthly reset date.

But if you can tell us which limit you're worried to hit, we can offer a one-time courtesy of increasing it a bit until the reset.

Thanks for getting back to us. I was not able to add additional 1000 monthly submissions, but I've managed to add up to 500 submissions until the reset. Keep in mind that this is a one-time courtesy only, and in case you got in to the same situation again in the future, we highly suggest you upgrade your account to a higher plan, considering you're getting more submissions than what your current plan can handle.
