How to start creating form surveys?

We are currently in the process of selecting a survey platform that can meet our project requirements. After reviewing your platform, we believe it may align with our needs, but we require further information to make an informed decision. We have several specific requirements for our project, outlined below: 

Can I personalize survey emails and links so that they address the recipient by name within the body of the email, for example, "Dear [Recipient's Name]", and include a personalized link for them to fill out the survey?

Is it possible to set up conditional logic in the survey so that if a respondent selects a particular university in one question, the subsequent question presents only the faculties associated with that university as options?
