Unable to reset password

    Hi - I'm trying to login and/or reset my password, but nothing happens when I enter my email and click "Send reset instructions" - thanks for your help.

    Do you have a form link or an account name?

    Thanks - now I'm confused - I receive form submissions to this email
    address. Perhaps my account is with: jennyfeet@hotmail.com - but I can't
    login with that either!

    The account is cowgirly (jenn@stitcharama.com). You should reset the password using the given email address.
