    3. Then, I want the customer to receive a multi-page form. It is:
    a. part thank you and their receipt
    b. part filling in the names of course attendees
    c. part legal language they must sign off on
Even though the customer has been sent to PayPal to complete the
transaction...can I still have the system send them this form?
If so, how can I build it?

This is the sticking point right now. I'm connected to PayPal, and the payment page has what I need.

I can make this multi-page thing, but how do I connect it?

    In example...

Customer clicks submit from the course selection page and is taken to PayPal.

How then do I get this multi-page item to come up after that?

Hopefully, an answer comes today. Thanks.

    Hi Jerry,

You can have different forms for the remaining sections. After the customer fills out and submits the first form, you can redirect the user to the second form. You can also do the same for the third form. Here's how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
    • Now, select Redirect to External Link and paste in the URL for the second form. That's it, you're done.

    Thanks, Jovanne.

So, the customer arrives on the payment form after clicking a link on my site.

For my purposes, I want them to choose courses and go to PayPal to finish the payment, and then get this second form sent to them.

Can I do that from PayPal, or will my Jotform do more than one redirect...the first one to PayPal and the second one on a new tab, being this form?

    OR...

Is the only way to do this is to add the second page to the existing payment form (if that's possible), and redirect to PayPal from there?

    Hi Jerry,

Thanks for getting back to us. You can redirect the submitter on every form. But, keep in mind that if you redirect to your website, you cannot redirect to any other forms.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
