I have an appointment selector for people to go on form & to select a week from a list of 52 weeks. I need it to make the week that someone selects either go away or go gray so no one else can select the same week. I used the conditional logic & selected "if the select week is filled it should hide" but it's not working. What am I doing wrong.

Hi Lorraine,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to clarify, are you referring to the Single Choice form element with the Field Label Select a Week? If yes, it is not possible to disable an option under Single Choice with conditional logic. I would suggest you use a Gift Registry widget, which will allow you to set the number of times an option can be selected. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
2. On the left panel, go to Widgets.
3. Search for Gift Registry.
4. Click/Drag to add into the form.
You can limit the number of selection per option by adding it on the right side of each selection between open and closing curly brackets. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Gift Registry widget to select.
2. On the right side of the selected Gift Registry widget, click on the Wand icon.
3. Add {number} on the right side of each option.
4. Click on Update Widget.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
