Hi Jarrett,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the redirect link wasn't configured correctly. You are using a non-secured protocol (HTTP), which any browser will detect and show an error like the screenshot you provided. We just need to use the (HTTPS) in your link. Let me show you how to fix it:
Copy the link below to be used as the Redirect link in your Thank you page:
https://nicolefordboudoir.com/confirmation
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Thank you page tab on the left side of the page.
- Paste the copied link above in the Enter URL field.
That's it! Test your form, and you will no longer see the page error after submission.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Jarrett,
Thanks for getting back to us. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange bar located at the top.
- On the left panel, click on the Thank You Page tab.
- Disable the Redirect with HTTP Post feature.
That's it. Here's a sample result:
