Our account has been suspended again

    We contacted support several weeks ago after learning that our account had been suspended for unintentionally using a paid widget. We were told by support at that time that the widget had been removed and our account was reinstated. I checked today and found out that the account has been suspended again. I believe that the widget has been completely removed. Can you please let me know if there's something else we must do or if there is another problem.  

    Thank you! We have an active event for our non-profit that we are promoting and are using JotForm to collect registrations, so we appreciate your assistance.

    Your account was suspended because of this form 2nd Annual Shimmering Wings Golf Event  asking credit card information. We have deleted the CC fields in your form and unsuspended your account.

    Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms of use. Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect  such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

    In light of this, it is a must to take any of the following options:

    1. Integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.  

    2. You can take advantage of a feature inside of most of our payment integrations called "Authorization Only" which allows you to collect payments manually at a later time. Here is a more detailed guide on how to do this: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization
