Upload attachment: Unable to view uploaded files.

    I sent through a few test (reimbursement) form submissions that included pdf invoices. The approval emails go out, but when we click on the links to look at test invoices for approval, we are taken to 404 page. The form is LRCN reimbursement request form, on account with above email. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    I experience the same issue before. I resolved it by disabling the Requirement to View Uploaded Files in your Account Settings. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Go to your Account Security Settings
    2. Unchecked the Requirement to View Uploaded Files

    Hi Matthew,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Adrian gives you the correct steps, but here's a more detailed step. To view or download uploaded files, you have to uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files. Let me walk you through it:

    • Login to your Jotform account.
    • Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
    • In the dropdown, click on Security settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Security settings page.
    • On the Security settings page, uncheck the box next to Require Login to View Uploaded Files.
