bom dia
continuo com problemas no meu acesso. tento colocar o usuário e senha que renomeei e perco meu acesso antigo, com todos os formulários que possuia.
como faço para resolver isso.
preciso arrumar a senha para o acesso que possuia antes usuário Daleslie
agora que troquei o usuario para empleslie senha empirica123 (não aparece mais os os formularios antigos)

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that the forms are in the account that you are currently logged into. Please make sure that you are on your My Form Page, and click on the All Forms folder.
If the forms are still not showing, you can try logging out from your account, and then logging back in. If the problem is the same, you can try using a different browser.
