Conditions Keep Disappearing in Form

Every time I try to alter my logic, it disappears entirely. I am trying to hide/ show certain elements depending on certain field values and it isn't working for me. Can I have some help with this please?

Can you tell me which condition you're trying to alter? Can you also send a screen recording? You can upload it to Google Drive and share the public link with us.

For initial troubleshooting, can you try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser or device and see if that makes any difference?

I was able to figure out the issue and I believe clearing my cache helped with the disappearing conditions.
