When a form is submitted can each email notification be separate?

I recently sent this form to three separate people and they each filled it out. When it arrived in my inbox, they were all in the same thread, as highlighted below. Maybe this is a function of Google Workspace / Gmail. If that's the case, then I will look into whether that can be changed with Gmail. If, on the other hand, there is a setting in Jotform that will allow each submission to be distinct from others, I would like to know.

    Hi George,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can customize the Email Subject in your Notifications Email. You can add a unique field from the form, for example, name of the user or Submission ID. It will trigger the notification as a separate email. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Hover your mouse over the notification, and click on the Pencil icon.
    4. In the Email tab, remove the Email Subject, and click on Form Fields.
    5. Select a unique field as subject and click on Save.

Give it a try and reach out again.
