Upload Space: Why is my upload space still saying it's almost full?

    I've permanently deleted extra forms I don't need anymore as well as deleted all caches as per instructions from jotform itself. But it still says my storage is almost full? I've waited a bit and have logged out and logged back in but it's still almost full. My small business doesn't make enough to pay $20 a month and I am not willing to pay for extra storage only to have to upgrade again once it's full again so upgrading is not an option as I don't receive many forms in the first place. Please help?
