Hello,
I am having a hard time getting the strip integration for this form (https://form.jotform.com/240997250744161) to function correctly. Could you point me in the direction of the root cause?
Cheers,
Parker

Hi Parker,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry this is happening. Rest assured, I am here to help. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. What you can do is you can disconnect the payment integration and reconnect it again. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder, then click on the Product List field.
- Click on the Wand icon or shopping Cart icon on the field, and click on Settings in the menu that opens up.
- Now, click on the green Connected button and select Disconnect/Reconnect.
- Then, click on Connect and connect the Integration again.
- Click on Continue, and that's it.
If you continue to have the same problem, you can remove the payment integration. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder and select the Product List element.
- Click on the Credit Card icon to remove the Payment Integration.
- That's it. That will automatically remove it.
Now that you have removed the payment integration, please add it back. Let me show you how:
1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. Then, open the Payments Toolbox on the left side of the page and drag and drop Stripe onto your form.
3. In the Integration Wizard, click on Connect with Stripe. You can customize the integration even more by clicking on Additional Gateway Settings.
4. Once you're connected, choose which item you want to sell.
- Is this a service or a product?
- Will there be a single payment for a product or recurring payments for a subscription?
- Will you be collecting donations?
- Do you want to create Stripe customers after submission or charge the customers immediately?
- Do you want to select the type of decimal separator to use?
- Do you want to let your customers select more than one product?
5. Next, enter your products. Select from options like creating coupons, establishing a shipping fee, or adding tax.
6. Now, test your form and begin selling your products.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
