How to remove avatar from the form?

    Hi there -

My client created a form using a template. I noticed that when I'm viewing the page online, there is a little avatar (my initials) in the upper right corner of the form. I looked for this in Jotform, but couldn't find any reference to where to remove this.

I did notice that there is a class attached to the body - that seems like it might be related.

Any thoughts on how to remove this? See screen shot below.

    Thanks - Tim

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to remove the avatar. This is a feature designed to help users navigate their accounts easily after filling out the form. Which means that the avatar icon is only visible to users who are logged into their Jotform accounts when filling out the form, otherwise, it's not visible. Below is the screenshot when I opened your form:

The screenshot below is when I opened it in incognito, where my account isn't logged in:

If you wish to have the ability to remove the avatar completely, we can submit a feature request on your behalf.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
