Received popup message - "Your request have been received. We will send you and email when your data is ready for download."
First off, this is extremely unfriendly. There's no indication of how long this takes I've been waiting 20 minutes and no email has been received. Checked spam folder, etc.BTW, this is also improper grammar. It's Your request *has* been received. And your help pages are wrong too. This page *wrongly* says that you can download the zip file immediately via a prompt. https://www.jotform.com/help/356-How-to-Download-the-Submission-FilesSo how do I access uploaded files? Why aren't the uploaded files attached to the automatic email that's sent with submissions? I'm ready to give you my credit card number for an upgraded account, but not if this isn't fixed.

Thanks for reporting.
It looks to be more of a UX problem. Your form does not have files uploaded to it as of this writing so that button shouldn't be there in the first place because there's no file to be processed for download.
I was able to reproduce this problem even with an empty submission so I have escalated this to our developers for correction. We will let you know once this is fixed.
On the same topic, the "Download All Uploads" should work perfectly fine when you start receiving file uploads in your form. You should receive an email to download the files.
