Forms not emailing

    Hi there - we've got our forms set up to email the submissions, but that functionality isn't currently working. Looking for any tips - have looked in the outlook junk folders, but nothing has shown up.

    I checked the email notifications for your form and they are set up correctly.  Our logs show that the most recent emails have been sent:

    We did have issues earlier with emails being sent delayed.  Check your inbox to see if the emails have come through.  If they still have not, let us know and we will look in to this further.

    Jotform logging shows that emails are being sent, but they are not.

    The issue causing the delayed emails has been resolved.  The emails that have not yet been sent should send within the next 10-15 minutes.  Any new emails should send immediately.
