Hi. I'm divya. I've signed up in your application for creating registration forms. As I was doing the work, my ip address is suddenly getting banned saying that I'm doing phisical thing, which I'm not doing. Please check this issue and write back to me.

    Hi Divya,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry if you're having difficulties with this. I've checked your account, and it seems that you've been auto-suspended by our system due to this form having the word "Password" in a certain field.

Also, it appears that this field is hidden and doesn't have any conditions tied to it. We will need to delete this offending field or change the label to another in order to reactivate your account. Let us know if you will comply so we can go ahead and make the changes.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thank you for getting back to me. i don't know that there are restrictions on these fields. please accept my apologies. please delete the field that i've created and restore my account.

And i have a query: "We are looking to build a universal login that would span our multi-site network. Meaning a user could sign in or register for any of our hundreds of sites and gain access to our content and articles through a single form. We would require a password in this case. Is there anyway we could have the account updated to make this feature possible? Or should we find another service provider?".

    Thanks

    Divya B

    Hi Divya,

Thanks for getting back to us. I went ahead and deleted the offending field and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.

As for your other question, I moved that to a new thread to avoid any confusion. You can check that out here.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.
