My autoresponse emails are not working correctly. I have 5 email inputs on one form, and as you can see on the page from this link, it is obviouse what I am trying to do.
However, the autoresponder emails are not being sent to the appropriate emails.
How do I fix?
I need the nominator email to be sent to the first email address on the form.
the Autoresponder 2 email needs to go to the remaining 4 emails on the form.
How do I fix this? P.S. please hurry.

I did test your form and you seems to have added conditions to send "Nominator Reponse" and "Autoresponder Test 1" email alert. I did receive all the 4 emails successfully without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:
Can you please let us know which auto-responder email is not being triggered and we will take a look?
