I have an order form that someone completes, it will then go to our marketing department, they will review / update some information, send form back to the original requester for final approval of the quote.
Can I accomplish this with one form that can be reviewed by marketing department (approvals), update form, and then send form back to original requester for approval? I need some of the form fields to be updated in the approval process.
thx

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. You can create an Approval Flow to achieve this. Here's a sample Approval Flow that you can create:
On the first Approval, Marketing Team will then be adding the final quote can either be added to the Approver's note or you can add a field on the form or let your Approver (Marketing team) edit the form. Once Marketing Team approves it, the Customer will then receive an email with the quote and they can just go ahead and approve it if they accept the quote. Creating an Approval Flow is easy, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Now, click on Approval Flows in the left panel.
- Next, click on + Create An Approval Flow button.
- You will then be routed to Approval's page with a simple approval flow, you can customize it.
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
