Can I receive form responses in PDF format?

I'd like to create a form for my field techs to be able to complete on their phones while they're at a job site.

Is there a way I can receive their completed form as a PDF?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can enable Attach PDF feature under the Notification Email settings to receive the submission as PDF. Let me show you how you can enable it:

• Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Hover over your mouse on Email Notification, click on the Pencil icon, and go to Advance tab.
• Enable Attach PDF, select a PDF file, and click on Save.
