So I have a dropdown with several choices. I want to make it so that if one particular answer is chosen from that dropdown, then a new dropdown will appear with more questions regarding that choice they made. It's a dropdown that wouldn't ordinarily be there.
Is that possible? If so, how?
I am providing a link from a website's form. It does exactly the behavior that I need.
When selecting the "Appraisal Purpose" and choosing "Tax Appeal" as your selection, a new field (Tax Year) appears.
Thank you!

What you are trying to accomplish is possible using SHOW/HIDE FIELD conditional logic — Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
And here's a direct link that you can use as a reference to create the condition that will show field(s) in your form based on another field's answer — How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
Here's a sample form that I created — https://form.jotform.com/80616434369966
Here's the condition in that form
I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.
