Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I’ll do my best to help you. When I cloned, embeded, and tested your form, the same thing happened to me, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.
