HIPAA Entity, No HIPAA Data

Hello,

I use JotForm for recruitment purposes for a HIPAA Entity, a hospital. However, I do not collect any personal info about anyone medical or non medical. I am asking them their shift/schedule preference, interview availability, if they have certain work related certifications. Why do I need to enable compliance features?
