    Hello,

I have embedded a survey on my website via wordpress and I am running into two problems.

    1. The form has a scroll. I'd like it to just be flat on the page and to see the whole form.
    2. I can't actually submit my information. once I press submit, it gets stuck loading and says "please wait". The submission never actually comes through. The link to my website is below.

Secondary question. Is it possible to remove the jotform bar on the bottom of the survey on my website? I'm hoping to integrate this onto multiple different websites but the bar looks a little tacky.

    Hi Madyson,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your site to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same problem. To fix this issue I recommend you to change the embed code to iframe embed code as this is the most recommended embed option. Embedding your form on a webpage using iframe embed code is really easy. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    • Now, click on the iframe option you want to use, and copy the code.
    • That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.

This should also fix the issue regarding the submit button not working. If the issue persists please let us know and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

As for the secondary question, I have created a new thread. Please refer to and respond via this thread to avoid confusion, duplication, and delays.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
