How to recheck a run license?

Hello,

I am a Lyft driver in Ohio. I got an Ohio license in December. Two days ago, a check on the DMV said that my license was expired and my insurance was expired. However it did the check on my old, Florida license. I now can’t drive and make money. The Lyft agents can only run a re-check after a month. Is there a way for me to have you re-run the check on my correct documents? I can provide any other additional documents you may need.
