Form is not submitting on the website

Forms suddenly only showing part of the form. On looking through your help, I saw that if you add the IFrame code and change the height, it will work and it does but now will not let me submit the form.

Please advise?

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I cloned and tested your form 220045744258050 to try to replicate the problem, and it is working fine as it should, as shown in the screenshot below:

To clarify, when you tried to submit the form on your website, was it just stuck on the same page, or did you receive any error messages? If you haven't tried yet, could you please try to access the website on a different browser or device to see if it will do the same thing?

 In the meantime, I cleared your form cache to fix any potential issues. Can you try to submit the form again on your website and see how it goes this time?
