Merge multiple forms and create them as one form

I have several, separate forms that I would like to consolidate into one form. Is there anyway to do this. I would like to be able to pull one report for analytics instead of pulling 6-7 different reports.

    Hi Clay,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's not possible to merge multiple forms as one. However, you can clone form fields from one form to another. This method does not carry over the existing submissions, conditions, or any other settings on your form. Only the fields will be cloned to another form using the Field Manager app. You can clone the fields from multiple forms and put them in one form, in that way, all your future submissions would be in just one form. If this works for you, let me  show you how to do it:

    1. In the Field Manager app, click on Manage Fields.
    2. Click Allow in the pop-up.Encrypted Form: Unable to activate on a Smart PDF Form Image 1 Screenshot 60 Screenshot 10
    3. Select the source fields form.

    5. Select the target form.
    6. Click Continue.Encrypted Form: Unable to activate on a Smart PDF Form Image 3 Screenshot 82 Screenshot 32
    7. If you need to clone all the fields to the target form, select all.
    8. Click on the Arrow button pointing to the target form column.Encrypted Form: Unable to activate on a Smart PDF Form Image 4 Screenshot 93 Screenshot 43
    9. When the fields have been cloned, click on the button pointed below to open the target form's builder page in a new tab.Encrypted Form: Unable to activate on a Smart PDF Form Image 5 Screenshot 104 Screenshot 54

Repeat the process until you clone all the fields from multiple forms into one form.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
