Why all of the sudden am I now only limited to only one payment to be made per month?

    I was grandfathered in quite some time ago with jotforms

    why all of the sudden am I now only limited to only ONE payment to be made per month>?????

    This is very unfair to the people who signed up with you guys in the beginning before you got bigger

    I am hoping that you guys will find a way to make this fair for me

    We adjusted the one payment limit and increased it to 3.


    We also changed the settings of JotForm when you reached the payment limit, only the forms with payment integration will be disabled and not all the forms without payment integration.

    Thank you for answering back but a 3 limit is still a bit unfair considering how long I have been with you guys

    I could really use your help on this.....i am always referring people to your platform

    We understand your concern, we always try to make the most optimal steps ahead that will work out in the best possible way.

    We review each case and we will act accordingly, for now, payments limit is increased to 3 per month for Free plans.
