I do not see how to limit inventory on my products. The help forum indicates you can limit quantity. I do not see that option.

Unfortunately it is not possible to maintain inventory in payment tool of form.
You may like to take advantage of our "Gift Registry" & "Quantity Gift Registry" widgets and see if that fits into your requirement. This widget will allow you to list the products with available inventory. Once a user selects a product and submit form, the available quantity will reduce accordingly.
You can then calculate the amount and pass it to your payment tool to process payment. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field
Hope this helps.
